The rules for using Notiamo, the plans you can buy, and how to cancel. Please read them before you request a workspace.

1. Who we are

Notiamo is a service of Veziro SASU, R.C.S. Antibes 900 603 952, 15 Chemin du Tanit, Rés. Mas de Tanit, Bât. TYR 402, 06160 Antibes, France (“we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected]. In these terms, “you” means the person or company that uses Notiamo, and “workspace” means your account space in Notiamo.

2. The service

Notiamo lets your clients leave comments, photos and screenshots directly on a website. You and your team, and the AI agents you connect, read and resolve these comments in a dashboard. We may improve, change or remove features over time. We tell you in advance when a change removes something important that you pay for.

3. For professional use

Notiamo is made for businesses, agencies and independent professionals. By requesting a workspace, you confirm that you use Notiamo for your professional activity. If you are nevertheless a consumer, the rights that consumer law gives you still apply, and nothing in these terms limits them.

4. Accounts and approval

• You request a workspace with the sign-up form and confirm your email address. We review each request by hand and may refuse it without giving a reason.
• You log in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can log in.
• The person who requests a workspace becomes its first admin and is responsible for the people and AI agents they invite or connect.
• The information you give us must be true and up to date.

5. Free trial

Each new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with the features of the Studio plan. You do not need a payment card for the trial. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan to keep using Notiamo. If you do not, the workspace becomes read-only, and we may delete it after the period given in section 15.

6. Plans and prices

Every plan includes unlimited team members and clients. Prices exclude VAT and other sales taxes, which are added at checkout when they apply. The prices on our website on the day you subscribe apply to your subscription. We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice by email; you can cancel before the new price applies.

7. Payment through Stripe

Paid plans are sold through Stripe, which acts as merchant of record (reseller). This means Stripe processes your payment, issues your receipts and invoices, and collects and pays the taxes due in your country. When you pay, you also accept the terms Stripe shows at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

8. Renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page of your workspace. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep full access until then.
• You can change plan at any time. An upgrade applies at once, with the price difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade applies at the next renewal.

9. Refunds

Because you can try Notiamo for free for 14 days, payments are not refunded for unused parts of a period, except where the law requires a refund, or where Stripe grants one under its buyer protection. If something went wrong with a charge, write to us at [email protected] and we will look at it in good faith.

10. Plan limits

Each plan has a maximum number of sites. When you reach it, you cannot add more sites until you upgrade or remove one. Nothing already in your workspace is deleted because of a limit. “Unlimited” on the Agency plan is subject to fair use: if your use puts a heavy load on the service, we will contact you before we do anything.

11. Acceptable use

You must not use Notiamo to:

• break the law, or store or share content that is illegal, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others;
• send spam, malware, or messages to people who did not agree to receive them;
• attack, overload, scan or try to break the security of the service or of other customers;
• get around plan limits, rate limits or access controls;
• resell the service as your own without our written agreement.

12. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you and your clients put into Notiamo: comments, replies, photos, screenshots, documents and site information. You give us the right to host, copy and display this content only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload it, and for the personal data it contains. For that personal data, we act as your processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms.

13. AI agents and access tokens

You can connect AI coding agents to Notiamo with access tokens. Treat each token like a password. You are responsible for what an agent does with a token you created, including the replies it posts and the changes it makes to your websites. You can revoke a token at any time in the dashboard.

14. Availability

We work to keep Notiamo available and secure, but we do not promise a minimum uptime. We may stop the service for short periods for maintenance, when possible with notice. We keep regular backups.

15. Suspension and termination

• You can stop using Notiamo and ask us to delete your workspace at any time.
• We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, after a warning when the problem can be fixed. For serious breaches (for example illegal content or an attack), we may act at once.
• When a workspace is closed, you can ask for an export of your content for 30 days. After that, we delete the workspace and its content. Backups are overwritten within the following 14 days.

16. Liability

We are liable for direct damage caused by our fault. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for Notiamo in those 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, lost clients or lost data you could have exported. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them, for example for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or bodily injury.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For an important change, we email the admins of each workspace at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that date. The version and date at the top of this page show which terms are in force.

18. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Please write to us first: most problems can be solved by email. If we cannot agree, disputes between professionals go to the competent courts of Antibes, France. If you are a consumer, you can also use a mediator or the courts of your place of residence, as the law allows.
